4. Choose Design
Give your map the appearance you want. According to your taste or the design guidelines of your company. Or you stick to the standard settings of the CMS or the template.
If you have chosen your design and color concept, the implementation is very simple.
Design each of your map elements individually in size, border, color and area. Add icons to the elements and add functions to them (e.g. direct link internal or external or text content). Choose your font and define the color code.
To make this easy and fast, we offer two options for presets: In the global design settings you can define and modify all default settings. Everything you set here applies to all elements of your map. If you want to give a certain element group a different look, you can either customize the elements individually or create an object template. Object templates can be defined for points and connectionslines.
If you want to grab readers’s attention by writing an introductory paragraph, a title page might be a good solution for you. Just let the structure appear after the first level and design your intro on the first level.
