Object Templates
You can use object templates to define the design that is to apply to several elements as a template. You can define these templates for both dot elements and lines. Create object templates either via the Dashboard menu or directly on the object in the Canvas Editor.
Here is an overview of all setting options:
This area is empty the first time it is opened. As soon as object templates are defined, your templates appear in a list.
Templates can be created for dots [1] and lines [2] . By clicking on the + [3] you can directly define a new template in the overview.
Dot Templates
The name of the template [1] can be set here. This name appears in the selection menu for the object templates.
All information about font, symbol, position of the point name etc. can be individually defined here for a point group.
Line Templates
All information about font, font size, line style and color can be defined here for a group of lines.
Creating Object Templates at the Object

New object templates for lines and points can be created and changed directly in the object template overview. In addition, you can adjust the object templates directly on the object in the Canvas Editor. After designing the element in the "Appearance" area, you can either adapt an existing object template or save the design as a new object template.
Example: Defining a Dot Template on an Object
After the point has been designed, click on [1] "Save object template" in the "Appearance" area, select [2] meaningful names and save [3] . The new template appears immediately in the object template overview.
Example: Defining a Line Template on an Object
After the line has been designed, click on [1] "Save object template" in the "Appearance" area, select [2] a meaningful name and save [3] The new template appears immediately in the object template overview.
